Board Members
The following unit owners have been elected to the Board to serve a one-year term from November 2004 to November 2005:

Comments or questions to the Board should be put in writing and left with the concierge or sent via email to board@gothamcondo.com. The Board will respond within 48 hours, if at all possible.
As events warrant, the Board will notify unit owners and residents by posting notices in the elevators or on the Gotham website. Copies of these notices are also available from the concierge.
 Jeanne Back
Mrs. Back has a background in organizational development and management strategy with an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. She is currently involved with the New York City public school system and other not-for-profit endeavors. Mrs. Back lives at the Gotham with her husband Greg.
 Michael Bruck
Mr. Bruck is President of Marydell Inc., a consulting firm he founded that specializes in business strategy and corporate development for
technology companies. He has held senior management positions at Intel
Corporation in California and China. Mr. Bruck has masters and bachelors
degrees in electronic and electrical engineering from the University of
Manchester in the UK.
 Thomas Burke
Mr. Burke has been with the Ropes & Gray law firm since 1995. He is Counsel and conducts an intellectual property law practice focusing on transactional, licensing and litigation matters. Prior to obtaining his legal and business degrees, Mr. Burke was with Morgan Stanley for four years as an associate in their information technology department.
 Andrew Hahn
Mr. Hahn is a partner in the litigation practice group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP's New York Office. His practice focuses on commercial litigation cases involving contract disputes, insurance matters, antitrust, securities, bankruptcy, banking, toxic torts, and employment. Mr. Hahn served on active duty from 1986 to 1990 as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General?s Corps. Mr. Hahn received his J.D. from Cornell Law School and his MBA from Marymount University.
 Michael Schweitzer
Mr. Schweitzer is Managing Director of Private Wealth Services at UBS. Prior to UBS, Mr. Schweitzer worked for 14 years at Merrill Lynch, most recently as Head of Sales for Private Wealth Management. He spent 3 years previous as a CPA with Deloitte and Touche. A San Diego native, Mr. Schweitzer received his B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University. He lives at the Gotham with his wife, Lisa, their two boys, Alec and Evan, and their two dogs, Chelsea and Bella.
 Justin Wellen
Mr. Wellen is Vice-President of Professional Mortgage Bankers Corp., a privately held mortgage bank. He possesses an academic and professional background in finance, management, and real estate. Mr. Wellen graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics.
 Richard Yien
Mr. Yien is President of R2K Inc., an information technology services firm he founded in 1996 specializing in document imaging and electronic workflow systems. He has held executive and engineering positions at Wang Laboratories, Sigma Imaging, and AT&T Bell Labs. Mr. Yien holds dual bachelors degrees in Economics and Computer Science from UC Berkeley and a masters degree in Computer Science from Rutgers. He lives at the Gotham with his wife, Helena, and their two children, Tahra and Garrett.
