Location

The Gotham is located on Manhattan's Upper East Side at 170 East 87th Street between Lexington and Third Avenues.

The neighborhood is ultra-convenient to all that New York City has to offer with nearby schools, parks, shopping, museums, businesses, and transportation.

Subway

We are located 1 block east from the 86th Street station of 4, 5, 6 subway trains, which offer local and express service to uptown/downtown destinations. See the MTA subway map for detailed directions here.

Bus

Crosstown bus service is available on 86th Street to the West Side of Manhattan. Uptown bus service is available on 3rd Avenue. Downtown bus service is available on Lexington Avenue. MTA bus routes are available here.

Driving

From southbound on the FDR Drive, take the 96th Street exit, make a right on 96th Street, a left on Second Avenue, and a right on 87th Street. Continue across Third Avenue and the building entrance is on the left.

From northbound on the FDR Drive, take the 60th Street exit, make a left on 60th Street, a right on Third Avenue, and a left on 87th Street. The building entrance will be on your immediate left.

From the West Side, take 86th Street eastbound through Central Park and make a left on Third Avenue and a left onto 87th Street. The building entrance will be on your immediate left.

There are two parking garages available on 87th Street on the same block as the Gotham. Street parking is available after 6pm, Monday through Saturday, and all day on Sunday.
